Send Out Bespoke Orders to Your Renters, Hassle-Free
Creating tailored rental orders shouldn't be a complex task. With 'Custom Orders', you can send personalised, bespoke orders to your renters directly from the messaging tab.
This feature is designed to make your life easier, ensuring you can focus on what really matters — providing exceptional rental experiences.
How the Custom Order Feature Works
'Custom Orders' simplifies the rental process into three straightforward steps:
1) Create a Custom Order. Craft a unique order tailored to your renter's needs and send it their way. You have full control over the order, with the ability to edit or delete it any time before acceptance. For renters not on Wedio, you can opt to send the order via email or share a direct checkout URL. If you're working from Wedio's messaging system, sending the order directly creates a streamlined order process with the renter.
2) Wait for the Renter to Make Payment. Once the renter has been verified and payment is completed, you'll receive a notification, similar to the standard rental request workflow, keeping you informed every step of the way.
3) Organise the Handover. Coordinate the pickup and return just as you normally would, maintaining the simplicity and efficiency you're accustomed to with Wedio.
