Key features
The best part about the gear is how quickly it takes to get up and working. It has good auto calibration and is ready to go in minutes. The lock setting on the side allows you to keep the calibration settings you made. Another great feature is the smooth footage. There are barely any signs of jittery gimbal footage.
Control wheel
The control wheel on the side is not a gimmick. This gimbal comes with a variation of cables, that connects your camera to the gimbal. Once you connect your camera to the gimbal, the control wheel can change the aperture, the ISO, and the shot speed. It can also pull the focus. You can set the control wheel to control the tilt to create cool effects.
Battery life
The Weebill 2 Pro can do up to 9 hours of shooting. It is a reliable gear for a day shoot.
Camera compatibility
The touch screen's menu is quick and easy to use. It can also be used as a monitor if you have a camera that is compatible with it. The gear can handle the weight of heavier lenses.
Canon compatibility
Corry used the Canon 6D with a 24-70mm lens, which counts as a heavy lens.
Blackmagic compatibility
Another gear Corry used was the Blackmagic Pocket 4K with a pancake lens. The gimbal paired with the lens tips the edge of the payload, which is 7.6 lb.
Side trigger
The second trigger on the side paired with Corry's Canon or BlackMagic begins and stops recording, and activates autofocus.
Accessories
The Weebill 2 Pro comes with a handy bag. It has a load of area for storage while looking like a normal bag.
Usage
This gimbal is the best for events and vloggers. A quick command on the gimbal flips the camera into selfie mode, which is handy for vloggers. Because it's lightweight, it's also good to take with you when travelling. Due to its payload, however, any big lenses will be too heavy for the gimbal.
Final thoughts
There are a few important things about camera equipment: it needs to be quick to set up, it needs to have long battery life and it needs to be reliable. The most important thing when choosing a gimbal is to trust that when you shoot with it, you will be happy with the results. The Weebill 2 ticks all of those boxes.
