The importance of finding the right investors

Here comes a small brief of our new investors:
The entire founder-team of Gaest.com
Gaest.com went through the same process as us, where they took a two-sided marketplace (in their case it was conference rooms) and scaled it to multiple countries, using the same kind of regional partner model we are using, before getting acquired by Airbnb. We are ecstatic to be able to tap into their fount of knowledge regarding the marketplace domain, as well as their experience in rapid scaling. Welcome to Christian Schwarz Lausten, Anders Boelskifte Mogensen, Jonas Grau and Chris Kjær Sørensen.
Mads H Dalsgaard
Mads has been the CEO of a global shipping company, and has extensive experience and an expansive network in the delivery domain. As former CEO he is also able to help us with finance, KPI metrics and negotiation.
Torben has been a part of the Wedio journey almost from the beginning. Early advisor, turned early, active investor, with many years of experience in software architecture, he has been a great asset in helping us make decisions regarding our overall architecture. as well as early strategic sparring.
The people from the accelerator program Startupbootcamp are on a constant mission to make sure we are as well equipped as possible to make the experiments and following minor pivots, to get the best value out of Wedio and realize our full potential. We are currently halfway through the program in Amsterdam and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome so far.
The Danish government offers, through their growth fond, something called a “startlån“, where they match external investments 1-to-1 in a low risk loan. This is done to help stimulate growth, and they have selected Wedio as a candidate with the right potential to invest in
